I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover strength. Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher, coach, and pastor for many years—roles that shaped my deep commitment to supporting people through life’s challenges with compassion and authenticity. Being born in Spain, I know what navigating different cultures can be like, and being raised in New York City I bring a multicultural lens to my work. When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me playing sports - especially soccer, volleyball, and pickleball!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Family Systems Theory. For younger clients, I often integrate play therapy to support emotional expression and character building in developmentally appropriate ways.
