What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be stuck in life due to a struggle with depression, anxiety, or trauma. During our initial sessions, we will explore the issues at hand and collaboratively create a plan that addresses them in a way that supports you in managing life's stressors to create a life worth living according to your values. Many clients see an improvement in symptoms within the first month."

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, DBT, and MI, we will learn new coping skills to manage stress, while breaking through mental barriers and create positive thought patterns.
