Mr. MacDonald presents calm and reserved yet friendly and overexpressive. He speaks softly with some difficulty articulating effectively. To counter this, he will often speak slowly to express his statement clearly. Mr. MacDonald caters treatment to your needs, offers worksheets and home assignments if requested and proceeds at a pace designated by you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Mr. MacDonald prefers to meet with clients every 1-2 weeks to start so as to further develop his understanding of the circumstances of an individual's life while incorporating effective tools and coping skills to address one's struggles. He is inquisitive, often finding interest in specific details that may become part of the coping process. Sessions last anywhere from 40 to 55 minutes depending on day and necessity.
