Hi, I’m Daniel, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals with sports performance struggles, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, men’s health, and anger management. My six years as a Social Worker in Therapeutic High School Programs have given me a comprehensive understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school behaviors. I help clients develop and adhere to therapy objectives through tailored interventions and techniques.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I treat athletes, teenagers, young adults, and adults. My therapy includes CBT, ACT, talk therapy, life coaching, mental performance, and brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFT-B). I also use other interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session starts with a compassionate approach to build rapport and understand your needs. We then conduct an intake assessment to diagnose the issue and develop personalized treatment goals. Together, we create a treatment plan and begin the therapeutic journey, fostering positive self-development and personal growth.
