“Daniel has been an incredible support. Over the time I’ve worked with him, he’s helped me navigate some of my most challenging seasons, grief, burnout, relationship struggles, and health issues, with so much care and insight. He’s helped me learn how to relax without guilt, advocate for myself at work, and approach difficult conversations in my relationships with more clarity and confidence. Most importantly, he’s given me the tools to better manage the anxiety behind it all. I’m truly grateful for his guidance and the impact he’s had on my life. If you’re considering therapy with Daniel, I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t regret it!”

Getting to know Daniel Pineda

Struggles can leave feelings of uncertainty and distress that are not always easily visible. Sometimes the aspect of confronting them alone can be overwhelming. However there is strength in reaching out for help! Growth comes from nurturing the soul and connecting with the self. By exploring, validating and processing the inner part of us we can facilitate the healthy expression/acceptance of ourselves. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, depression & confidence. I want to assist you in understanding that you are not alone and that you have value. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I take a very open, casual and compassionate approach to therapy. I utilize many different therapy methods but focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and person centered therapy. I am TF-CBT certified which is evidence based to address trauma. I understand self improvement/change can be daunting at first. I want to help minimize the discomfort that comes with this and I take honor in the fact that clients allow me to see their growth so I am here to support you in that process! A call or email may be the next step in reaching your goals!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, social anxiety, trauma, etc. During our first sessions we develop a therapeutic rapport so that the relationship can be connected and validated. We then establish goals for growth and utilize proven interventions to achieve them. Most clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. I also offer ESA services as I understand how important an emotional support animal can be to a persons physical/mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use a person centered approach to develop a communicative rapport so that deeper introspection can be achieved. Also utilizing TF-CBT and therapeutic practices clients can feel empowered in their growth and therapeutic journey.

If you are in your mid 30s or lower, partake in today's social activities or nerd culture, and have emotional issues, I can assure you that this therapist can relate with you very well and is empathetic enough to direct and assist you on how to deal with your stress or anxiety. He is also quite professional in forming a treatment plan to help you overcome the negative issues you undergo in your life and you mind. I greatly recommend.
I’ve had a really positive experience working with him. He’s incredibly empathetic and creates a safe, comfortable space where it’s easy to open up. He doesn’t just focus on surface-level issues—he genuinely wants to get to the root of your trauma and help you understand and work through it at your own pace. He’s thoughtful, supportive, and very easy to talk to. I always feel heard, respected, and guided in a way that feels both compassionate and practical.
Daniel is an Excellent option for those who are looking for counsel and repair, heal or manage situations with personal relationships, I am glad that he was our first experience with a couple therapist and opened up our mind to acknowledge the things that we need to work on ourselves to show up as the best for our current couple or the future ones, I’ve experienced an immense amount of growth and for that I will be forever grateful.
