I use a number of different approaches and interventions to support you, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Dual-Process Grief Model, and Narrative Therapy. I work with adults and teens living with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, Substance Misuse Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Loss/Grief, and Psychotic Disorders.
