I am dedicated to providing compassionate support for individuals navigating the complexities of daily life. I provide strength-based and client-centered approaches to enact positive change in your life. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Utah, with a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons College of Kentucky. I have multiple years of experience in hospice care, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and bereavement. I firmly believe in the ability of any individual to enact positive change in their life, accomplish personal goals, and process complex emotions. My goal is to support you in your journey to heal, change, and grow. I use a number of different approaches and interventions to support you, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Dual-Process Grief Model, and Narrative Therapy. I work with adults and teens living with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, Substance Misuse Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Loss/Grief, and Psychotic Disorders.
