With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, I offer telehealth/virtual sessions with immediate availability. My practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques, along with other evidence-based modalities, to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
