I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals and families effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During sessions, I provide a safe space for clients to open up about what is on their mind and how to work through those feelings in a positive manner, while also listening to what clients are say and how it is impacting them currently.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Building trust and a strong therapeutic alliance begins in the very first session, and continues to strengthen throughout the course of therapy in order to help clients work towards positive changes via different therapeutic interventions
