I help people get curious about themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them stuck. I work with folks who want to feel more grounded, explore their emotions, and make sense of life's twists and turns sometimes challenging, sometimes playful. I especially enjoy working with clients who are spiritually curious, reflective, and open to exploring dreams, symbols, and the deeper mysteries of life, while also building practical skills for navigating feelings and relationships. My approach blends talk therapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, Jungian exploration, and a touch of transpersonal work plus the tools I bring from herbalism and yoga to support mind-body balance. With couples I weave in the structure and practices of Gottman Method; helping them find healthy communication and balance. I like to meet clients where they are, help them reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create space for growth, insight, and even a little laughter along the way.
