Getting to know Daniela Sanchez-Rincon

As part of my professional background, I have worked with women and children who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and other mental health and emotional challenges. In both my personal and professional life, I have witnessed the profound impact that environment and life experiences have on an individual's mental health. My goal is to accompany people through their healing process, helping them become their best selves and redefine their relationships with others and their environment. We were created as unique individuals with a unique purpose in life. I strive to empower each person to achieve personal awareness and to walk through life standing in the knowledge of their value and importance. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Among my areas of expertise are marital and premarital counseling, couples and family conflict resolution, domestic violence, safety planning, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, parenting skills, Christian counseling, and issues of assimilation and acculturation.
