Danielle Bookheimer, LPC

Danielle Bookheimer, LPC

Psychotherapist
PA
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens in safe, honest relationships. I show up as a real person in the room, warm, grounded, and direct; while creating a space where you can exhale and be fully yourself. I see symptoms as meaningful responses to life experiences, not flaws to be fixed. Together, we gently explore the patterns that once helped you survive and decide which ones you’re ready to outgrow. My work blends insight with practical tools. I integrate parts work, relational approaches, and nervous system regulation to help you understand your emotions, strengthen your boundaries, and build resilience. I balance compassion with thoughtful challenge, supporting you while also encouraging growth. At the core of my work is the belief that you are not broken but you are adapting. Therapy is about helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
