Psychotherapist

Opening up to anyone, let alone a therapist you are just beginning a relationship with, can be scary. However, it is also the first step of healing, and I would be honored to help you through the therapeutic process with immense trust, empathy, and understanding. Through my experience working with various populations, all going through some of life's greatest pains, I aim to provide a safe space for my clients. A safe space where they can explore the complexities of their pasts, the melting pot of their emotions, and the truths of their realities. By utilizing meditation and grounding techniques, we uncover what the authentic self means to each individual and journey toward achieving that in daily life. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I am now an LCSW specializing in working with children, teens, and adults striving to overcome stressors in their lives. I have extensive experience working with families in medical settings as well as individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, living with or being affected by someone with a chronic or terminal illness, grief and loss, and difficult relationship dynamics. I strive to be an open and welcoming sounding board who listens without judgment and responds with empathy. It would be a great gift to work with you and help you find strengths, overcome challenges, develop coping strategies, and focus on creating a happy, healthier you. My therapy practice is online, using video sessions via a secure platform. Please reach out regarding availability if you are interested in exploring a meaningful, professional, and bespoke therapeutic relationship.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect that I will provide a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and struggles that they are going through. We will begin by completing an assessment to determine how I can best help them. From there, we will work together to come up with a therapy schedule, coping strategies, and goals for each session.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
