Hello! I'm Danielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MS degree and over 9 years of experience as a psychotherapist in Texas. I am passionate about helping others achieve the life they desire and believe that everyone has the capacity to heal from their experiences. My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a space where you can deepen your thinking and increase self-awareness. I enjoy challenging my clients to think more objectively and take responsibility for their lives, moving away from being guided solely by emotions, whether positive or negative. I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, OCD, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, sleep disorders, spirituality, stress, and trauma. My work is guided by Bowen Family Systems theory, which helps me support clients in overcoming life stressors and relationship problems.
