I am a licensed clinical social worker from Southeast Florida with almost four years of experience. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and my Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. As your therapist, I will create a space where you can feel comfortable enough to honestly share your thoughts and feelings. I am compassionate, understanding, and kind, using a gentle but direct approach to support and guide you through whatever challenges you face. My goal is to help you develop the confidence to apply what you learn in therapy to future challenges. I strongly believe in encouraging balance and nurturing a healthy, positive mindset.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker from Southeast Florida. I have had my social work license for almost 4 years. I received my Master's degree from Florida State University. As your therapist, I will create a space for you to feel or work toward feeling comfortable enough to share honestly your thoughts and feelings. I am very compassionate, understanding, and kind, and will use a gentle but direct approach to support and guide you through whatever challenges you are facing so that you will one day be able to utilize what you learn in therapy with confidence when other challenges come your way. I believe very much in encouraging balance and nurturing a healthy and positive mindset.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to work collaboratively with clients. We will work together to identify your goals and how to meet them. Sessions will focus more on what you bring to the appointment and processing in the here and now.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
