Hello, I'm Danielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and mothers navigate life's challenges with confidence and support. I earned my Master's degree from the University of New England and provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. While I have specialized training and experience in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood transitions, I also work extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. I enjoy helping children and adolescents develop healthy coping skills while supporting adults through periods of growth, healing, and change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based techniques to help clients identify patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and comfortable being themselves as they work toward their goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your concerns while feeling accepted and understood. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I will meet you where you are and help you develop practical tools to feel more confident and capable. I value collaboration and believe every client brings strengths into therapy. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way of your well-being and create realistic goals that support lasting growth and positive change

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The therapeutic process begins with a comprehensive 60-minute intake session where we discuss your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This initial session allows us to identify your needs and determine the most effective path forward. During the first few sessions, we focus on building rapport, developing a strong therapeutic relationship, and establishing personalized treatment goals that align with what is most important to you. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel comfortable, supported, and actively involved in the process. Most ongoing sessions are 60 minutes and are tailored to your individual needs. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and strength-based interventions to help clients better understand patterns of thinking, develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. As treatment progresses, we regularly review goals, celebrate progress, and adjust our approach as needed. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, life transitions, or relationship concerns, therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you gain insight, build resilience, and achieve lasting growth. Please feel free to call for a free 15 minute consult if you feel that I can be a good fit for you, and I am excited to help on your journey!
