Hello, I am going to be honest, writing this bio was a little difficult because I spend most of my day focused on my clients. Whether you have self confidence or not it can be challenging to write about oneself in order to invoke a good impression but I’ll give it a shot !! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that believes everyone is unique and needs to develop skills that work for you. I use a solution focused approach to assess underlying causes and help relieve symptoms of trauma, maladaptive thinking patterns and increase healthy coping skills. I attended California University of Pennsylvania and I have a minor in music. I have experience in crisis, drug and alcohol, and mental health counseling including in person, couples, telehealth, and group platforms. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, PTSD, or just struggling to adjust to life’s challenges I am here to help.
