Additionally, I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Fordham University. I have worked with at-risk children in a residential treatment facility as well as with incarcerated adolescents. I have also provided counseling support and Emergency Mobile Psychiatric Services to children and their families at Clifford Beers Clinic. For the past 16 years, I have worked as a Social Worker in a middle school setting, providing social and emotional support to students. I have extensive knowledge of the special education and Section 504 processes. I have also chaired various committees, including school climate, SRBI, Anti-Defamation League training with students, and other groups focused on supporting student growth.
