I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices to support healing and personal growth. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, and resilience-building within communities impacted by natural disasters. My approach My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. I integrate Brainspotting, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices to support clients in processing trauma, building resilience, and achieving meaningful change. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. My focus I typically work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I have a strong interest in supporting women, BIPOC clients, and those impacted by natural disasters or systemic stressors. I'm most comfortable treating trauma-related conditions, as well as issues related to identity, emotional regulation, and building resilience. My communication style I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore their experiences at their own pace. Sessions with me are collaborative and empowering, with a focus on building trust, honoring each client’s unique story, and fostering growth through compassion and curiosity. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, affirming, and insightful. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to a career in therapy because I genuinely enjoy helping others and want people to feel seen, heard, and supported during life’s toughest moments. Knowing that I can hold space for someone’s healing and growth continues to drive my passion for this work. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate their journey.
