Getting to know Danielle Mikeska

Life is full of ups, downs, twists, and turns. Maybe you are worried that no one can understand or relate to your situation. Whether you need help navigating the turns of life, bringing yourself up from the downs, or just celebrating the ups, I am here. We all handle life differently, and that is perfectly okay! My focus is to help you figure out what is not working and find what will. Each client is unique, and I make sure that each session is tailored to each client's needs. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University and a Masters's degree in Counseling from the University of Houston. I am also a certified Level 1 Gottman counselor. I have experience working with toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Each requires various treatment approaches, which are tailored to each specific client. I believe that every person has a unique and individual story, and it is my passion to be able to help clients navigate this journey we call life.
