My name is Danielle Quaglia-Melton and I am a recent graduate student who received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from State University of New York at New Paltz after beginning my academic journey at The College of Saint Rose. I am passionate about supporting clients throughout their mental health journeys by empowering them to build the skills and confidence needed to become self sustaining in their daily lives and emotional well being.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize a variety of evidence based techniques, including person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and family counseling approaches. I have experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges, as well as children and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and being outdoors.
