Dark thunderstorms are hard to see out of-especially when you feel alone or, worse, lost. When finding your way back to yourself, adversity does not have to be limiting; it can be a resource. Being ready for something different or for things to change is very scary. But look at all the pain you have already been through-that alone has prepared you for what is next. It is humble to ask for help, and although this can feel uneasy, just know that you are stretching yourself, and that is what gets you results. This work, to me, is sacred, and if you are ready, I am grateful to be here for you. Having a professional to support you is about finding the right fit. My skill set and experience range from working with at-risk youth, substance use and their families, children and teenagers, veterans, and finding support for those facing end-of-life concerns. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which has been a game changer in this practice. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida and completed my internship at James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital.
