Getting to know Danielle Rose-Dunham

*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I support clients in young adulthood navigating relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, and identities within the LGBTQIA+ community. With experience working with the older adult population and their unique challenges, I provide support to the entire family unit. My approach encourages reflection and creativity in problem-solving, and I offer guidance when needed. I believe that a therapeutic relationship can be a vital source of support during life's ups and downs. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care. In our work, I create a space where you can be vulnerable, honest, and curious as you explore and grow. I welcome you to be your authentic self, knowing I'll meet you with warmth and empathy in an accepting and non-judgmental setting. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, hiking, thrifting, and spending time with friends. You are the expert of your own life, and the decision to start therapy is yours. If you feel we could be a good match, I encourage you to take that step. Therapy is your time, and your progress is uniquely yours-I'm here to support you every step of the way. Danielle Rose-Dunham has a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University. Danielle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW 230407 at Resilience Lab. Supervised by Ashley Nelson, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW 122053.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with clients of all ages, faith backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities, with a focus on supporting young adults through relationship challenges and life transitions. I also have experience working with the elderly population and their adult children. I value the chance to help clients better understand themselves and thrive in their relationships and experiences, celebrating victories and tackling obstacles together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I show up and bring my passion for helping others into a space where you can feel truly comfortable, supported, and understood. My goal is not just to create that feeling within our sessions, but to help you carry it into your life and relationships. When we work together, you’ll find me walking alongside you, offering guidance and support as we explore what empowers you and helps you feel more confident in who you are. I’m here to encourage you, celebrate your progress, and help you build a stronger, more authentic connection with yourself and the world around you.
