Getting to know Danielle Tardo

Hi there! Welcome to the first step toward a better mindset for yourself, your child, and/or your family—that is something to be proud of! My name is Danielle Tardo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University and have been working in the social work field since 2021. I have worked closely with children and adolescents struggling to overcome both home- and school-related issues such as anxiety, depression, coping skills, behavioral concerns, learning disabilities, and ADD/ADHD. I very much like to take an integrative approach to my therapy sessions because I feel it is important to find what works for each individual client and to meet you where you are. In my eyes, we will work as a team, but taking a person-centered approach, the client will lead the way, ensuring comfort during therapy sessions. I believe in building a trust-based relationship where my client feels as though they are communicating with a friend. I hope that we can work together on your personal growth journey.
