Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children and families, gaining extensive knowledge in evidence-based interventions, techniques, and strategies. My journey has taken me through various roles within Departments of Child Services, Probation Departments, Foster Care, and Medication-Assisted Substance Use Treatment Facilities. In January 2020, I took a significant step by starting my private practice, Holistic Guidance LLC. At Holistic Guidance LLC, our mission is to assist each person we serve in fulfilling their purpose in God’s Kingdom and achieving their best mental health. We believe that healing encompasses mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. There is no unemployment in the workplace of God, and we submit ourselves to be humble servants, actively seeking His word to guide our steps. My therapeutic approach is holistic, focusing on creating an open, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel welcome to work through pain, trauma, abuse, and negativity from their past and current experiences. I specialize in addressing anxiety, ADHD, children's mental/behavioral health, adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, life transitions, and trauma. I strive to 'come alongside' my clients, walking with them through their journey to better mental health.
