Getting to know Danielle Terry
I am a fully licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience in the field. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Indiana University, Bloomington. Through my work with children and families, I have gained extensive knowledge of evidence-based interventions, techniques, and strategies. My main areas of expertise come from working with the Department of Child Services, Probation Departments, Foster Care, and Medication Assisted Substance Use Treatment Facilities. In January 2020, I started my private practice, Holistic Guidance LLC. My goal is to "come alongside" clients and walk with them through their journey to better mental health.

At Holistic Guidance LLC, our mission is to assist each person we serve in fulfilling their purpose in God's Kingdom and achieving their best mental health. There is no unemployment in the workplace of God. We submit ourselves as humble servants to the Lord and actively seek to hear His word to guide our steps. At Holistic Guidance LLC, we believe that change occurs when one is healed. Healing, for us, means being healthy in your mental, spiritual, and physical being.

Our vision is to provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel welcome to work through pain, trauma, abuse, and negativity from their past and current experiences. Holistic Guidance LLC offers individual, group, and family therapy to those who truly seek to reach their best mental health. We welcome every culture, race, gender, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic background. We are dedicated to serving our clients with dignity, respect, honesty, and transparency.
What should a new client know about working with you?
In our initial session, I provide clients an opportunity to express what their current struggles are, address any questions or concerns and get to know the client. I start the process of building rapport with my client from the very beginning.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
