Have you ever wondered how anxiety or neurodivergence might play into overwhelm, perfectionism, and burnout? If you’re a high-achieving millennial who looks put together but is constantly spinning their wheels beneath the surface, we should talk. Trying to manage everything while doing your best not to fall behind is like juggling 7 of your finest China plates in the air: the stakes are high, and the odds aren’t exactly in your favor. No matter how hard you push, mask, or hustle, exhaustion and burnout keep coming back, and you end up blaming yourself instead of the unrealistic pace and pressure around you. Our first meeting is a 20-ish-minute video call to see if we're a good fit to work together. This lets us try each other out for fit and personality, as well as go over any policy details or questions that may come up. After that, we'll make regular appointments for ongoing sessions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help anxious and neurodivergent millennials understand what’s actually happening beneath the stress, mental load, and overwhelm of “go, go, go”. Together we’ll build executive function tools that fit your brain, strengthen emotional regulation, and soften the nonstop demands pulling at you so life feels steadier and more balanced.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m a millennial therapist who understands what it’s like to have a busy brain and impossible standards. If you’re done pushing yourself past your breaking point and want support that helps you dial down the constant anxiety without judgment or fluff, let’s talk and see if working together feels like the right next step.
