Psychotherapist
2510 Main St, Ste 205, Santa Monica, CA
Hi, I’m Danielle. I offer warm, body-centered therapy for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, greater presence, and a more connected relationship with themselves. My approach integrates somatic therapy to help clients move beyond intellectual insight and into change they can actually feel. I believe meaningful change happens when the body, mind, and emotional world are brought into deeper relationship with one another, and together we explore the patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses shaping your experience to cultivate greater self-trust, awareness, and authentic expression. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. My hope is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome and where growth can unfold with curiosity, compassion, and care. Danielle is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist practicing under the supervision of a licensed clinician at Knownfully Holistic Therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, while also inviting honesty, depth, and meaningful reflection. My style is body-centered and insight-oriented, which means we may explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how your experiences are held in the body and nervous system. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, notice patterns with compassion, and deepen your understanding of yourself in ways that create lasting change. Whether we are processing present challenges or exploring longstanding patterns, my hope is for therapy to feel like a space where you can show up fully as you are and be met with care, attunement, and respect.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is tailored to each individual, but sessions often begin by exploring what feels most present or pressing for you that day. From there, we may move between reflective conversation, emotional processing, and gentle body-based awareness to better understand what you are experiencing beneath the surface. As a somatic therapist, I often help clients notice how emotions, stress, and past experiences may be showing up in the body and nervous system—not just in thoughts. This can include slowing down, tracking physical sensations, identifying patterns, and building awareness of your internal experience in real time. While therapy with me includes insight and conversation, I also believe lasting change happens when understanding becomes embodied. My goal is to support clients in not only talking about their experiences, but learning to relate to themselves differently through deeper awareness, presence, and connection.
