My name is Danielle Williams, and I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Alabama. I have experience providing therapeutic services to a wide variety of populations. Helping others has always been a passion in my life, and it is my goal as a counselor to assist my clients in symptom reduction by creating a safe space conducive to building trust. From there, we work toward treating symptoms caused by depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. I use a variety of evidence-based practices and modalities in my therapeutic approach, mainly Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during sessions.
