Working with me will require effort but the outcome will be worth I provide individual therapy for individuals 18 and over and have been in the mental health field for 10 years. I love helping clients reach their goals. For many years, I have provided counseling to individuals in Wisconsin and recently expanded to Colorado. My practice focuses on helping individuals impacted by depression, self-esteem issues and anxiety. It is my firm belief that showing yourself compassion and self-acceptance is an important step towards your growth.
