I am deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover hope, resilience, and self-belief during life’s most challenging moments. My dedication to this work began in childhood after meeting a social worker who inspired me to pursue a career centered on protecting, supporting, and empowering others. That early inspiration, combined with my personal understanding of trauma and healing, continues to shape my compassionate and authentic approach to therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Florida Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with a Master of Social Work. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, and personal growth. I work with both men and women and have extensive experience helping clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and grief. Much of my work has focused on supporting women and individuals from marginalized communities, including survivors of abuse and trafficking, as they rebuild safety, identity, and empowerment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am known for my nontraditional and individualized approach. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all and collaborates with clients to create a supportive and honest space where you can develop self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with confidence, resilience, and renewed hope.
