What is your typical process for working with clients?

For teens and young adults, I help build resilience, self-awareness, and healthier ways to manage stress and emotions. For couples, I offer premarital counseling designed to strengthen communication and create a strong foundation for marriage. For individuals of all ages, I provide support for navigating trauma, stress, and the emotional weight of life’s demands. With more than 20 years of experience in coaching, entrepreneurship, and leadership, I incorporate a holistic perspective I coined the "Fab Five Framework" in which the focus is on Faith, Family, Finances, Fitness, and Fun (your faith, not mine). This lens helps promote balanced, sustainable emotional well-being.
