Early on, we work together to create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, needs, and what you hope to get out of therapy. This plan isn’t rigid—it’s something we revisit and adjust as you grow and as your needs change. We work on your treatment goals at a pace that feels supportive and manageable, not rushed or overwhelming. As we continue, we’ll gently explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns—especially around anxiety, depression, grief, or past trauma. I offer practical tools to help you navigate difficult moments, while also making space for reflection, honesty, and compassion. Therapy with me is collaborative and personalized.
