Throughout my own personal journey of evolution and continuous healing, I’ve exercised a strong innate interest in the fields of neuroplasticity, mindfulness, healing through the medium of sound, the power of visualization techniques, and a wide range of other holistic modalities. I’m officially trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’ve worked with many children and teenagers who experienced traumatic events in early childhood and journeyed alongside them to process and work through the sensitive art of processing traumatic experiences and memories. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Temple University.
