I earned my Bachelor's in Social Work from Long Island University and my Master's in Social Work from the University of New England. Since then, I have worked in many different clinical settings. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and a deep understanding of interpersonal and familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and a holistic twist on psychotherapy. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives.
