I started this practice because I noticed a crucial need-adults struggling to break free from the generational impact of trauma that continues to affect their mental and emotional well-being. My mission is to help you heal from past wounds and break these cycles, so you can live a life of freedom and fulfillment. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively.
At Paved Counseling Services, we specialize in supporting adults who have experienced trauma, helping you overcome challenges like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Our holistic approach integrates faith, therapy, and goal-setting to guide you on your journey toward lasting change.
