Hello, I am Daphne Jakstis, a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. I stay current with the latest advances in evidence-based therapy practices and incorporate them into my work with clients. Evidence-based practices are skills and techniques that have been proven to be effective.
I also believe that healing is a holistic process, so I combine evidence-based methods with complementary approaches to promote overall healing and wellness.
I understand that no two people are the same, so I tailor my approaches to best fit the specific needs of each client. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other issue, I will help you fully realize your strengths and provide you with skills to manage challenges in healthier ways.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
