Transitions and loss can be challenging. I offer a therapeutic space where difficult times and challenging relationships can be explored and repaired to make room for healing and growth. I'd be honored to help you navigate this path. Whatever it is that brought you here, I can help you sort things through, meet your unique goals, and improve your relationship with yourself and others. I work from a family systems and relational lens, and for over 15 years, I have provided affirming therapeutic services to individuals, partners, and families of diverse compositions. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. My clients typically come to me for support with symptoms related to depression and anxiety, navigating partner and/or parent-child relationships, major life transitions, grief, and loss. Together, we'll create the supportive and collaborative space needed for you to heal and find your way again. I specialize in working with trans and queer relationships and families, and I often provide support letters for gender-affirming care for youth and adults.
