What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process starts with creating a safe, supportive space where we build trust. In early sessions, we explore your goals, history, and current struggles. From there, we develop a personalized plan—often focused on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and processing trauma at your pace. It’s a collaborative, compassionate journey toward healing.
