Hello! My name is Darla. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Difficult experiences can bring up feelings of anxiety; depression; or lack of direction. I am here to provide support. Inviting someone into your personal space can be scary; but despite that; here you are! Through an open; non-judgmental; and integrative therapeutic approach we will discover what will be most beneficial to you.I work with individuals of ages 18 - 60 who struggle with depression; anxiety; trauma; PTSD; anger; grief / loss; assertiveness; and behavior modification.I look forward to taking the journey of healing with you.
