I am a licensed professional counselor with about 10 years of experience. My background has been in teen; individual; couple; and family counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression; anxiety; relationship issues; parenting problems; anger; self-esteem; and stress. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect; sensitivity; and compassion; and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Most relevant

Going thru a severe distress but did not help in managing the situation. Expected more support from this professional on these type of critical situations. Then asked to at least finish certain amount of minutes to be able to get paid for the appointment. This did not help at all but discourage and distrust the use of therapy.
