This may include techniques from CBT, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and child welfare. My successful work with children, adolescents, and adults reflects my ability to understand and empathize with a wide range of concerns. I have counseled individuals, groups, and families to address communication, conflict management, social skills, and relationship problems. My clients would describe me as compassionate, comforting, nonjudgmental, and encouraging.
