Hello! I'm Darlene, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Indiana and a Certified Professional Coach with over 18 years of experience in listening to and connecting with people to help them grow, change, heal and reach personal, professional, relational, and spiritual goals.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I am also an EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist)
I am passionate about supporting marriages to become securely attached relationships, with increased connection, and more emotional safety. These seemingly impossible tasks can be very possible with EFCT!

Couples work is self-pay only.
Additionally, I love supporting individuals in their ongoing growth and development. How? By helping you find emotional balance, confidence, and the ability to manage day-to-day life stressors and major life events.
With a degree in Psychotherapy and Faith, I do offer integration of Biblical and therapeutic principles to support interested clients in making gains from both a natural and spiritual perspective.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
