What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a collaborative approach in therapy. I believe in partnering and exploration, to have a good understanding of the concerns and work as a team. I believe in communicating openly and honestly to build trust and respect. I will be there every step of the way to listen, challenge, and support you in your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
