I work with people of all ages, but have an extensive background working with children, teens, and young adults. I have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, school-related stress, life transitions, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), identity development, and neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD). I understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor sessions to meet each person’s unique needs—whether that means building coping skills, increasing insight, or creating more sustainable routines. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches, while also incorporating values work and real-life application. I aim to balance validation with forward movement, supporting you while also helping you take actionable steps toward change. Above all, I value honesty, consistency, and a sense of humor in the therapeutic process. Growth can be hard, but it doesn’t have to feel isolating.
