I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety disorders and depression, using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to foster healing and growth. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in empathy and compassion, as I understand firsthand the challenges these conditions can bring. In my twenties, I faced a period of intense anxiety and depression. It was a scary and disruptive time in my life, and my symptoms were overwhelming at times. I felt so isolated and alone with my condition. I remember when the fog in my mind cleared up, I was so relieved. This personal journey has profoundly shaped my therapeutic practice, allowing me to connect with my clients on a deeper level. Over the past 29 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people successfully manage stress and overcome anxiety and depression.
