I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Kentucky, also licensed in Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida, with 6 years of experience supporting people making changes in their lives. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. I have worked with individuals challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life-changing situations. My approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I believe that you have the ability to rewrite your own story with support from a professional. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Intake session 60 minutes Weekly or biweekly sessions based on need.
