I am a Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC) in the State of Georgia with additional specialisations in the treatment of Trauma (PTSD ) CBT,DBT and Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselling, family and group counselling. I have forty years of experience in Psychotherapy and Counselling with Adult, Child & Adolescence populations across out patient, in patient and in Crisis prevention and Stabilisation Units.I also specialise in Anxiety , Phobia, depression, bipolar Disorder, anger management , relationship issues and parenting. For me counseling is not a time to 'fix' people but rather a time when we walk on a journey together to meaningfully process emotions, thoughts and experiences. I believe that every scar has a story to tell and it is possible to rediscover the person hiding behind. My therapeutic approach is Holistic, practical, realistic, strength based person centric.
