What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a psychodynamic therapist, I provide experiential talk therapy, which looks to address the root of client's distress with trauma-informed care. I see clients, via telehealth only, early mornings daily, and all-day Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
