Hello! I have been practicing for 10 years, with the last 7 years being in private practice focusing my work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and those feeling stuck/unmotivated rediscover and reconnect with their purpose and passions. I am licensed psychotherapist in both Texas (LPC) and Minnesota (LPCC). I received my Masters from the University of Montana - Missoula, spending time working in University Counseling Centers and Community Mental Health before continuing my work with Individuals, Couples, Military Service Members, and EMS in private practice beginning in 2019.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

He's very honest, but he doesn't make me feel put down. He's very knowledgeable, insightful and understanding, and has a very broad view of the world. He's one of the only people I've met who I feel like can really get me. I like listening to his own stories and ideas, too, it helps me with my own and I get to feel more connected with him. He usually manages to give me little challenges that relate to whatever we talked about, and unlike my experience with other therapists, it actually helps me, and I feel like I'm starting to move somewhere finally, even just baby steps.
