I’m David Blitz, a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience. I’ve spent much of my career providing care to children and adolescents, including 25 years at a private therapeutic day school working with Level 5 special education students. I’ve also provided therapy in the general community, and currently work full time in a health clinic. I have extensive experience working with individuals who suffer or suffered from trauma. In addition, i work with client's of all diagnosis including depression, anxiety, anger , ADHD, and personality disorders.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
